ShiftLead is a Coaching OS designed for frontline leaders and support managers. We are not a human resources compliance system, a surveillance tool, or a therapy platform. Our Service helps managers structure coaching, evaluate team interactions, and build consistent leadership practices.

ShiftLead uses third-party AI models (including models from Anthropic) to power evaluation, coaching, and guideline features. When you use these features:
AI processing is a core part of the Service. If you do not consent to AI processing of your content, you should not use the AI-powered features.
